The BIA holds the permit with the City of Seattle for banner placement on the light poles along Broadway.  For 2007 this program consists of banners for the Neighborhood Farmer's Market, The GSBA, and for the BIA's use which includes branding banners near the corners of the block as well as "Pride is Always on Broadway."  Contact the BIA office for placement queries.
